250g fettuccine or penne pasta.
300mls passata 1 x cup semi sun-dried tomatoes.
1 x cup basil leaves ½ x cup pitted Kalamata olives, halved. ½ x cup red onion, diced.
1 tablespoon olive oil. Parmesan cheese (optional)
1. Cook pasta according to packet instructions. 2. Heat oil on a fry pan. Add onion and allow to slightly brown. Combine olives, sun-dried tomatoes and basil. Add passata, reduce heat and allow to simmer. 3. Once pasta is cooked, drain well and rinse under warm running water. Stir through pasta sauce.
4. Serve with parmesan cheese (optional)
