6 x tablespoons chia seeds.
2 x cups unsweetened coconut milk.
½ x tsp vanilla extract.
1 x tablespoon maple syrup.
1/2 x cup fresh strawberries, thinly sliced.
1/2 x cup fresh blueberries.
Method 1. Distribute chia seeds between two mason jars. Top each jar with 1 x cup coconut milk. Add vanilla essence & maple syrup to each glass.
2. Evenly distribute diced fruit amongst glasses.
3. Allow to refrigerate overnight before consuming.
4. Best served chilled.
