Choc PB Smoothie

Ingredients

1/4 x cup rolled oats. 1 x sachet chocolate Wholefood complete powder. 1 x tablespoons crunchy peanut butter. ½ x banana 150mls of milk (cows, soy, almond, coconut etc.) 4-6 x cubes of ice.


Method

1. Place all ingredients in a blender. 2. Mix on high for 60 seconds, or until all ingredients are blended. 3. Pour into a large smoothie jar to serve.
