Coconut Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

⅓ x cup homemade granola (see recipe). 150g natural coconut yoghurt. ½ x cup fresh blueberries ½ x cup fresh raspberries 1 x tablespoon shredded coconut


Method

1. If you haven’t already, please see homemade granola recipe to create granola ingredient. 2. Spoon coconut yoghurt into a bowl. Top with granola and berries. Sprinkle with shredded coconut to finish.
