Fruit Yoghurt Bites

Serves 10 - 12


100g punnet fresh blueberries.

100g punnet fresh raspberries.

200g punnet fresh strawberries, topped.

1 x large banana, sliced.

200g mango, diced.

800g natural plain yoghurt.

Method 1. Line 2x baking trays with baking paper. Place yoghurt into 3-4 x separate containers. Individually coat fruit in yoghurt. You want fruit to be substantially covered so there is minimal flesh showing through yoghurt.

2. Place in freezer for 2-3 hours before serving.
