Homemade Granola

2 x cups rolled oats. ½ cup slivered almonds. ¼ x cup pepita seeds ½ x cup dried sultanas ½ x cup dried paw paw. 1/3 x cup coconut flakes 2x tablespoons freshly chopped parsley. 2 x tablespoons olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.


1. Pre-heat fan forced oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Use your clean hands to mix well and toss to coat. 2. Spread the mixture in a thin layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10 minutes, until very lightly toasted. 3. Cool before serving or storing. This granola can be kept in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 2 weeks.
