115g kale, washed and stems removed
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1-2 tbsp water
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
2 cloves of garlic
Method 1. Boil or steam the kale for 5 minutes. Then drain, rinse in cold water and squeeze excess water out with your hands.
2. Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until well combined, adding in the oil and water depending on the texture you prefer.
3. Transfer into an airtight container and serve. Leftovers will stores for 4-5 days.
