Nourish Balls

Serves 20


1.5 x cups rolled oats.

1 x sachet Vanilla wholefood complete powder.

½ x tsp cinnamon.

1x tbsp. chia seeds.

½ x cup smooth peanut butter.

3 x tablespoons raw honey.

1 x tsp vanilla extract.

1/3 x cup chopped cranberries.

3 x tbsp. almond milk

Method 1. Add oats, protein powder, cinnamon and chia seeds into a large bowl. Add in peanut butter, honey and extract. Fold with a wooden spoon to combine. When mixture is sticky (but still crumbly) add in chopped cranberries.

2. Slowly add in one tablespoon of almond milk at a time and combine until mixture comes together.

3. Roll into balls using hands. Place in a container to set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before consuming.
