1 x cup rolled oats. 500-600mls of milk (cows, soy, almond, coconut etc.) 3 x tablespoons Canadian maple syrup. 1 x teaspoon ground Cinnamon. Toppings (added daily per serve). ½ x banana. ¼ x cup blueberries OR 5 x medium strawberries, sliced.
1. Place 1/3 x cup of rolled oats in 3 x separate containers. Sprinkle 1/3 of cinnamon evenly amongst containers. 2. Pour between 150-200mls of milk on top of oats. Stir 1 x teaspoon of maple syrup between each container. 3. Store in the fridge ~ max shelf life is 3 days. 4. Each morning, top oats with fresh seasonal fruit.
