PEANUT BUTTER 'M&M's Peanut Butter "M&M's"
2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
10-12 pitted dates
2 tbsp sticky honey
2 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup dark chocolate chips
Method 1. In a food processor, blend the peanut butter, dates, honey, coconut flour and vanilla until it forms a dough consistency.
2. Line a small baking tray with parchment paper and begin rolling the M&Ms by scooping and rolling about 1 teaspoon into a ball and placing on baking tray.
3. Repeat until all dough is used and then place tray in the fridge for about 20- 30 minutes.
4. Melt the dark chocolate and gently dip each M&M into the chocolate using a fork.
5. Place on baking tray and repeat for remaining M&Ms then place in fridge for 30 minutes to set and enjoy!
