Raw Chocolate Brownies


2 cups medjool dates

1 cup almonds or pecans

2-3 tbs cacao powder

2 tbs maple syrup

Method 1. Blend the almonds/pecans in a food processor until they form a crumbly texture.

2. Add the dates, cacao and maple syrup and blend until combined into a sticky mixture.

3. Press the mixture into a baking tray for an hour to set and then store in the fridge.
