Ingredients 3/4 cup walnuts 6 Medjool dates, pitted 1/2 cup oats 2 tbsp shredded coconut 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder

Method 1. Add the walnuts to a food processor and pulse until a crumbly (but not floury) texture has formed. 2. Add the dates and blend again until dates are broken up. 3. Next, add the rest of the ingredients and blend until well combined (you may need to add some extra medjool dates if the mix is too dry). 4. Served with some banana slices and almond milk, enjoy as is, or with any plant milk, yogurt, fruit or desired toppings.

Notes Swap out the walnuts for any nut and the coconut for any type of seeds. Keep leftovers in a sealed container at room temperature for 2 to 3 weeks or in the fridge for 3 to 4 weeks.
