Rosemary & Tamari Nuts
4 cups of mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, peanuts, pecans, brazil nuts etc.)
4 tsp of tamari
2 tsp of dried rosemary
2 tsp of chilli flakes
2 tsp of apple cider vinegar
1 tsp of sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Method 1. Pre-heat the oven to 180℃.
2. Place the nuts in a baking tray and mix with all the other ingredients until well coated.
3. Place the tray in the oven and let it cook for about thirty minutes. Make sure you stir the nuts once or twice in this time so that they cook evenly.
4. Once the nuts are crunchy, take them out and allow them to cool before storing them in an air tight container.
