Vegan French Toast

2 slices sprouted bread 1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice) 1/2 tbsp ground flaxseed 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp vanilla extract Toppings: sliced banana, hemp hearts, chia seeds, peanut butter, coconut yogurt, goji berries, and pure maple syrup.


1. In a flat container, add all ingredients except for your bread and toppings and whisk with a fork. 2. Place mixture in fridge for 10 minutes to let the mixture thicken. Remove and whisk once more. 3. Bring a large skillet or fry pan to medium-high heat and coat with a nonstick spray. 4. Throughly coat each slice of bread in the mixture, place on the pan and cook each side until golden brown. 5. Once cooked, remove bread from the skillet, spread peanut butter on each slice and add any toppings you’d like on top and enjoy!
