Yogurt Parfaits

Serves 4


1kg natural yoghurt.

1 x cup fresh strawberries, thinly sliced.

1 x cup fresh blueberries.

1.5 x medium sized bananas, sliced.

1 x cup homemade granola (see recipe).

Method 1. Layer 1/3 x cup yoghurt in the bottom of 4 x tall glasses.

2. Evenly distribute diced fruit amongst glasses. Top with another 1/3 x cup natural yoghurt.

3. Add ¼ x cup homemade granola to the glasses. Top with sliced banana. Best served chilled.
